Technical Specifications:

• Material / Material: Base t-shirt: 100% Cotton Combed 30s ring-spun (180–200 g/m²). Badge/patch: twill woven base 100% polyester or twill cotton blend; embroidery thread: polyester filament 150D (colorfast), backing: iron-on PU film or sew-on backing; finishing edge: merrowed/laser-cut edge for anti-fraying. Standard badge size 8 x 5 cm (custom available).
• Production Time: Standard production 14–21 working days after approved artwork and DP. Express option 7–10 business days with additional charge. Pre-production samples: 3–5 working days.
• Recommended Use: Installation: industrial machine sewing (recommended for high durability) or heat-press (PU adhesive) for quick installation. Common positions: left chest (10 cm from the neck point), right/left arm, or upper back. On-site installation support is available for orders >500 pcs.

Instructions Care:

Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C, turn the t-shirt inside out when washing, do not bleach, iron at low temperature and avoid ironing directly on the badge/embroidery.
