• In-line quality control: 100% seam inspection, sampling measurements (AQL 2.5) and photo QC report before packing.
• Production flexibility: size grading, embroidered/printed labels, custom folding & packing, and process integration printing/DTG/transfer.

Technical Specifications:

• Material: Standard: Cotton Combed 30s single jersey (180–200 GSM). Options: Cotton Combed 24s (200–220 GSM), TC 60/40, Bamboo blend 150–170 GSM. Polyester core-spun thread 40s for main stitching, polyester serger thread 20s.
• Production Time: Standard lead time 14–21 working days for 50–500 pcs. For batches >1,000 pcs: 21–35 working days. Sample production 3–7 working days; painting/Pantone matching add 3–5 days.
• Recommended Use: Event merchandise, e-commerce private labels, corporate casual uniforms, retail promotions, licensed products (band/brand merch). Suitable for screen printing, DTG, heat transfer, small name embroidery.

Care Instructions:

Machine wash at temperature ≤30°C, turn the t-shirt inside out before washing, avoid bleach, hang dry to maintain shape.
