Product Advantages:

• 320gsm brushed fleece fabric (80% cotton / 20% polyester) for comfort and durability, soft interior but not easy to fray.
• Selected custom rope (8mm cotton rope, braided 6mm polyester, or 20mm flat) with the option of metal or plastic aglets and 10mm reinforced metal eyelets.
• Industrial finishing: double-needle stitching on shoulder & hem, 4-thread overlock, reinforcing bartack on kangaroo pocket, and 2×2 ribbing with 5% spandex for shape retention.
• Full customization: precision digitized embroidery, plastisol screen printing or water-based, woven label/tail tag, and tear-away care label options.

• Material: 320gsm Brushed Fleece (80% Cotton / 20% Polyester) with brushed loop interior; core-spun polyester sewing thread 40/2; rib 2×2 (95% cotton / 5% spandex); rope: choice of 8mm cotton rope, 6mm braided polyester, or 20mm flat cotton; 10mm metal eyelet (finishing silver/antique brass).
• Production Time: Standard production lead time 14–21 working days after PO confirmation and artwork approval. Digital samples 2–3 days, physical prototype samples 5–7 working days.

Care Instructions:
