• Material: Shell: Nylon Taslan 40D with DWR coating; Lining: Polyester taffeta 75D; Insulation: Hollow conjugated siliconized polyester 120 g/m² (90/150 g option available); Structure: box-baffle sewn-through or taped baffle as per request; Trim: YKK VISLON #5 zipper, stainless press studs, plastic cord stopper; Recycled polyester options are available with additional lead times.
• Production Time: 30–45 working days after sample confirmation and deposit (including cutting, sewing, QC, and packaging).
