Premium t-shirt roll fabric for mass production — stable, easy to print, and ready for direct production.

Product Advantages:

• Ring-spun combed yarn quality: 100% selected Cotton Combed (Ring-spun), compacted for a smooth surface and high printability.
• GSM and consistent width: choice of 160–200 GSM, fabric width 150 cm, standard roll 40–50 m per roll for cutting efficiency.
• Low shrinkage finishing: pre-shrunk & enzyme wash so final shrinkage is <3% (after our pre-treatment process).
• Compatible with various finishing techniques: ideal for DTG, screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery and reactive dyeing; color fastness 4–5 (industry approval scale).

• Material: 100% Cotton Combed (Ring-spun) option, 30s (±180 GSM) and 24s (±200 GSM) options; compacted & enzyme-washed; width 150 cm; Also available in Cotton-Modal and TC blends upon request.
• Production Time: Standard color stock lead time 7–14 working days; custom dyeing/finishing 14–30 working days after sample approval; Delivery times may vary depending on quantity and specific finishing.
• Recommended Use: Designed for the production of plain t-shirts, screen-printed t-shirts, branded t-shirts, casual uniforms, merchandising, and suitable for DTG, screen print, heat transfer and embroidery.

Care Instructions:

Wash in cold or warm water (≤30°C), use mild detergent, do not bleach, dry in the shade and iron at medium temperature.
