Technical Specifications:

• Material / Material: Options: 1) Cotton Combed 30s (180–200 gsm) — recommended for DTG (soft, matte finish). 2) Polyester Microfiber 140–150 gsm (interlock) — recommended for full-color sublimation. Sewing thread: polyester 40/2, sewing density 10–12 stitches/cm.
• Production Time: Standard lead time 12–18 working days for 24–200 pcs after final artwork approval. Physical samples 5–7 working days. Express option 7–10 days at additional cost.
