Technical Specifications:

• Material: Soft PVC / TPR injection molded, thickness standard 1.8–3.0 mm; matte or gloss finish; Pantone-matched coloring; backing options: sewing (edge ​​stitch), hot-melt heat-seal (thermo adhesive), velcro loop/hook, or PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive).
• Production Time: Mass production lead time 10–18 working days (including mold making and sample approval); digital samples 2 days, physical samples 4–7 working days. Express option subject to surcharge.
• Recommended Use: Installation recommended: heat-press on cotton/polyblend t-shirt at 150–160°C for 8–12 seconds with medium pressure; for high durability, sew around the patch using 20–30 Nm polyester thread; velcro for removable application; Avoid direct steam after pressing for 30 seconds.

Care Instructions:
