Technical Specifications:

• Material: POM (Acetal) / Acrylic epoxy dome / Metal rim (Brass yellow, Nickel plating, Matte black). Standard thickness 2.0–3.5 mm; available diameters: 11 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 22 mm.
• Production Time: 7–12 working days for standard orders (sample 3–5 days). For quantities >2,000 pcs, estimate 14–21 working days including metal rim production.
• Recommended Use: Sewn or pressed on t-shirts, polo shirts, uniforms, light jackets and bags. Installation recommendations: two-point sewing for flat buttons, use metal shank for quick installation on thick t-shirts.

Care Instructions:

Wash upside down in cold water (≤30°C) on gentle cycle, do not bleach, hang dry; Iron on the inside and avoid direct contact with the heating elements on the buttons.
