Technical Specifications:

• Material / Material: 100% Combed Cotton 24s single jersey, 180–200 gsm; double needle stitching at neck and bottom; polyester-core thread for seam durability.
• Production Time: Mass production lead time 7–12 working days (depending on quantity & finishing). Digital samples 1–2 days; physical samples 3–5 days.
• Recommended Use: DTF process: print CMYK+White on PET film, sprinkle special hot-melt powder, dry, then heat-press the fabric at 160–165°C for 10–15 seconds; secondary heat-press finish for 2–4 seconds for final pressing. White underbase is recommended for dark t-shirts.

Care Instructions:

Wash upside down maximum 30–40°C, cycle gentle, do not use bleach, iron behind screen printing at low temperature, avoid excessive machine drying.
