Technical Specifications:

• Materials: 100% Combed Cotton Ring-Spun 30s single jersey, 200 GSM; collar rib 1×1 cotton-lycra; 40s core-spun polyester sewing thread; 4-thread overlock on all sides, blindstitch on bottom hem, bartack reinforced shoulder seams.
• Production Time: Sample lead time 7–10 working days; mass production 14–25 working days for 50–500 pcs; >500 pcs 25–40 days. Additional finishing (screen printing/DTG/embroidery) +5–10 days depending on complexity.
• Recommended Use: Event merchandise, corporate uniforms, private label e‑commerce, retailer orders, premium product demos for physical and online stores.

Care Instructions:

Wash using cold or warm water, turn the t-shirt inside out when washing, use mild detergent, do not bleach, dry on the line and iron at medium temperature from the inside.
