Specifications Technical:

• Materials: 100% Combed Ring-Spun Cotton 24s, single jersey 180 GSM; 1×1 ribbing at collar with preshrunk treatment; 4-thread overlock stitching on sides and 3-thread coverstitch on hem and bartack reinforcement at stress points.
• Production Time: Sample 7–10 working days; mass production 14–25 working days for 200–2,000 pcs (for 50–199 pcs usually 12–18 days). Default packaging is 25 pcs/carton box, lead time depends on printing/finishing specs.
• Recommended Use: Ideal for corporate t-shirts, event merchandise, casual and promotional uniforms. Compatible with DTG, plastisol/water-based screen printing, heat transfer, and small area embroidery (≤10×10 cm). Also suitable for garment dyeing and enzyme washing after technical consultation.

Care Instructions:

Machine wash in cold water ≤30°C, inside the t-shirt before wash, avoid bleach, dry in the shade and iron from the inside at medium temperature.
