Technical Specifications:

• Materials: Combed cotton 30s single-jersey, 180 gsm, pre-shrunk (shrink retention ≤3%); core-spun polyester sewing thread 40/2; double-needle stitching at shoulders and hem, 3-needle coverstitch at neckline; woven labels 100% polyester; finishing options: enzyme wash or softener on request.
• Production Time: Standard production lead time 14–21 working days for 50–500 pcs. Final QC inspection and additional reporting 2-3 working days. Urgent service is available 7–10 days with a surcharge.
• Recommended Use:Office uniforms, event merchandise, brand promotions, light sports event uniforms, ready retail products with guaranteed consistency in size and color.

Care Instructions:

Machine wash at ≤30°C, turn the t-shirt inside out before washing, use a mild detergent, do not bleach, dry in the shade, iron at medium temperature.
